Community Improvement

The HOA Board has accomplished many projects/improvements

All these work positively affected our community: raising the value of the properties and contributing to a better quality of life for the residents.  On behalf of the Board, gratitude is expressed to all the Service Companies and Volunteers who contributed time and effort to make our green community a beautiful and peaceful place to live in.

Just wanted to say...

Not sure how long you’ve all lived in the community. We’ve been in Eagleridge for 10 years now and have seen nothing but improvements in our community.  The people on our board sacrifice their time (free of charge) to ensure our community is safe and taken care of. Many of us don’t understand what is involved in maintaining a community, and we are getting upset because we can’t cut a tree without permission or paint our house a certain color from the one’s allowed. The people on our board do not perform property inspections, the management company does. So it’s unfair for us to blame those who represent us on the board because they are there to ensure our community has its needs met. Our HOA fees are the lowest in ALL of Clermont, our pool looks great, the kids and their families have a nice sitting area to enjoy the outdoors. And most importantly, this is something that they do because THEY love our community. They don’t get paid for these headaches that are currently being endured. We need to come together as a community and support one another.  I want to say thank you to those who currently participate in our HOA. Thank you for improving our community for our children and families. Thank you for sacrificing your own time with your families to ensure we live in a great community. I appreciate all that you’ve done and continue to do in Eagleridge. Let’s stop the bickering and selfishness and think about OUR community and how we can help our HOA representatives make our community even better.
