Club House Party Reservations & Rules

In keeping within our HOA insurance policy guidelines, and while enjoying our community pool/pavilion/playground/tennis court, please keep the following information in mind to help keep our families, friends, and neighbors safe and happy. Remember that our pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask parents to diligently watch their children at all times.

 

1. Clubhouse Parties, (more than 6 guests for residents of a single household). The parties must be held only in the pavilion area, while the Pool & Tennis area shall remain open to all other members and their guests during normal operating hours. The resident reserving any portion of the facility shall be responsible for any and all damage and expenses arising from the event.

 

2. One party is permitted at a time subject to the following:

 

3. Parties are limited to 35 people (guests and residents).

 

4. Parties are permitted only during regular winter and summer hours in the common area. (Winter: 9am – 6pm, Summer: 9am – 7pm)

 

5. Homeowners must fill out the reservations form. To request the form please send an email to Tracie.Black@premiermgmtcfl.com

at least seven days in advance and pay a refundable deposit (see below). The date will not be locked/confirmed unless a check is attached to the application 7 days prior to the party. Reservations are on a 1st come 1st served basis. The reserving member will be given a set of rules at the time of requesting the reservation.

 

6. The resident hosting the event must be present at all times and all their guests must be informed of facility rules. A $75 deposit (check/cash transaction must be made at the time of reservation to Eagleridge HOA.

The deposit will be refunded provided that:

 

(a) the party/activity area is left clean; deck swept, tables wiped down, restore all furniture to their original position; The restroom facilities must be cleaned (party owner will provide all restroom supplies including hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towel for his guests). Ensure all garbage is removed from the clubhouse area--The owners/organizers of the party must take the trash with them. The garbage bags left behind attracts raccoons and other wild animals.

 

(b) plastic table covers should be used

 

(c) please do not use adhesive tape to hang your decoration on columns; use strings.

 

(d) Charcoal Grilling is PROHIBITED

 

(e) Bounce house use is NOT ALLOWED

 

(f) make sure not to empty drinks on the grass; (acid damages the grass).

 

(g) ensure that no damage has occurred to the common area or association property.

 

• In the event that these conditions are not met, the entire deposit will be retained to cover cleanup and repair costs.

 

• An additional assessment may be incurred by the sponsor(s) of the event should $75 not be sufficient to cover the costs incurred by the association.

 

The homeowner believes that these rules are not being followed, first speak

to the party organizer and if a resolution is not achieved, contact the HOA board that is authorized to take the appropriate measures.

 

THE ASSOCIATION ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY ACTIVITES, ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES THAT MAY OCCUR DURING THE USE OF THE FACILITY BY ANY RESIDENT OR GUEST.
